Boutique Hotels in Trentino-Alto Adige

A very nice older hotel with character. It is well maintained and very clean. We stayed in room 407 for three nights in September, used the AC the first night and it was fine but slept with the windows open the other two nights, not much noise at all. Could only find two English language channels on the TV but not really an issue as we were out most of the time. Internet access was good. There were two electric car chargers in the parking garage, I asked to cost to use them and was told it was a flat rate, I told them my car was a hybrid and that it did not make sense as the rate was for full electric cars, I was again was told it was a flat rate. The hotel should consider another way to charge hybrid cars, while we were there the chargers were mostly not used so you reduce revenue for the hotel and don’t support customers needs, not a good idea. The breakfast is good, lots of choice. The area around the coffee machines needs to be reorganized as is busy and too cramped. After people leave breakfast the tables they are cleared and reset quickly but the table is not cleaned down properly prior to resetting. The bar area is large but not appealing, the decor does not match the rest of the hotel. Would be worth spending some money to make the environment cosy and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in Trento, driving access is fine.
