We've just returned from a 3 night stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, literally everything is close by! We also discovered a few 'alleyways' across the city which were shortcuts.
On check in Reception staff were professional, helpful, friendly & smiley. We used Reception several times, different staff & they were fabulous & all had a sense of humour.
The use of free umbrellas for guests to use was a nice touch.
Breakfast were great, fuss free and plenty of choice.
Bar area was lovely, service was efficient. We also ate in the bar one lunchtime and our food (Tuna Poke Bowl & Club Sandwich) were really tasty & well presented.
We made use of the Hotels 'Green facility' not to have your rooms cleaned daily, in return gave you 2 vouchers to use at the bar!
I prebooked the hotel airport shuttle, to and from the airport. We were met in Arrivals / collected at the hotel and both Drivers on time & friendly. Great service.
We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this hotel.
