I have been vistinng the hotel for the last 7-8 years. Last year I forgot a few clothing peaces and called the hotel and I was told wheneber I come back those things will be waiting for me. This time I was told that their policy is to keep stuff for 6 months only. That is in collision with what I was told a year ago.
