Amazing hotel

This is a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Skopje.
The room was immaculate and had some lovely features including wireless charging. The bed was lovely and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and engaging. I arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Twice I made sure they were aware I could only pay by card and they told me it was no problem. Unfortunately they didn’t tell the taxi company this which was confirmed both by the taxi driver and one of the hotel staff that told me “we have too many new people lately is the problem”. The issue was sorted out between the hotel team and the taxi company though with the taxi company bringing their card machine the next day. That was literally the only minor inconvenience of the stay. I would be more than happy to stay at this beautiful hotel again!
