the manager started the experience by trying to double the price of Hotels.com that was already booked and confirmed. If I didn't get a local SIM card to have internet I wouldn't of been able to despute it and he would of got away with it. there is also a club in the hotel that blasts horrible baliwood ...

Belle Vue Hotel
Hotel is cosy and quiet. Breakfast is moderate. The room has a kettle and free tea and coffee. The full wall window gives a full view of the neighbourhood. Souvenir shop in the hotel and mini market right next door to buy water. Restaurants are across the street and downtown is a 10 minute walk.
