The apart-hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a Supermarket. Did not explore dining options. Rooms are non-smoking, but a there is a built-in cigarette disposal for smokers. The room was very clean and comfortable. Slippers, bathroom amenties, hair dryer, a tea kettle, water jug, cups/plates and cutlery were provided as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Sufficient space for storing clothes and personal items. Suggestions for improvement: Essential - only bath towels were provided, suggest providing face towels and a bath mat to step out of the shower. Other minor improvements include a chair on the balcony and night lamps, but all in all, a very comfortable and reasonably priced place in Batumi. Thank you

This hotel is a gem. Friendly staff, Excellent Food Amazing Mark

The hotel is beautiful as in the pictures; the rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast is generous and the terraces have one of the most amazing views of the mountains I've ever seen. But that's a double-edged sword. It looks like this hotel and its restaurant have become the main tourist attraction in the area. It is the most crowded hotel I've ever been to; we could never find a table at dinner, and there is not a lounge area or a single chair in the hotel that hasn't become part of the restaurant. Besides, it's also a popular venue for wedding parties. After a long ride and looking for a quiet night close to nature, we had a noisy wedding party right next to our room that lasted until midnight. So I would recommend you look for a less expensive place to stay in the area and go to the hotel restaurant. They seem to care more about the restaurant guests than the people who are staying at the hotel.
