Wotif Verified Review
3 / 5
The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We also tried the restaurant on the second floor — the food was very good and the view made the experience even better.
However, there were several inconveniences that made the stay disappointing. The spa situation was frustrating: even hotel guests have to pay around $80 for only 2 hours, including mandatory use of their swimsuits and slippers. You also have to walk outside to reach the swimming pool.
Another issue was that our room was very far from the lobby, and we had to walk a long distance just to get ice. On top of that, the fridge in our room was not working, which made it extremely inconvenient if you want to keep food or drinks for an early morning excursion. The hotel also charges additional resort/tourist fees.
Overall, the stay had some positive aspects, but the extra charges and inconveniences are the reason for my 3-star review.
