We had an amazing three night stay at the Imperial Hotel. Its location in the city was very convenient. We would stay here again. Amazing staff.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a male receptionist (hair tied up) he is lovely . He’s very friendly helpful and willing to help 10 /10. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Our room was clean with plenty of room bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices the hot food was warm and I enjoyed all the items I chose. My only criticism is a lady wearing high heels who I think is maybe a manager took a telephone call it was clearly about work quite loud and continued to talk whilst walking to the top for toast etc. loud footsteps loud voice . we were on a break away from work so we didn’t want to hear work related issues . We just wanted to relax having breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent met all our needs . We really enjoyed our stay …. Until next time.

We spent one night here and got a large double twin — spacious and spotless. The staff were the highlight: we asked for extra pillows and a fan, and someone sorted it quickly without any fuss. Parking was easy, and the food had real care behind it — nothing overdone, just done properly. The whole place carries itself with a quiet sophistication rather than anything showy. Would happily stay again.
