Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring tile and carpet flooring, 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living/dining room offers a nice wet bar. You can walk out to your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Nice that it’s on the beach.

Two negatives, if you’re handicapped there is no beach access and you use an actual key to your room with the room number on it. If lost that can be a security problem. Everything else was good.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. We originally planned on booking in one of the tower condos because we like the idea of a view from up high. Ultimately we decided to go with the Seafarer because it was right on the beach. We had a private beach with front row seats to the most beautiful water you'll ever lay your eyes on. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Our first night I slept in the living room with the patio door open listening to the waves . The whole experience was fantastic. The staff at the Seafarer were great. We are currently looking to book a return trip for the summer. See you soon!

The property was awesome lived up to the listing. All the people we worked with friendly and smiling. We will definitely look for this condo first for all our next visits. You guys rocked it! Keep it up....gave us the rest and relaxation we needed.

Small Cozy Facility...Wonderful!!!

This smaller condo building is located between two larger condo buildings on different properties. Our beach only had one row of umbrellas and was not crowded at all. The neighboring beaches were totally the opposite. Great place to stay during COVID!!!!
