The second King bedroom, equipped with a desk and monitor for remote work, provides a comfortable space for those needing to stay connected while enjoying the beach lifestyle. Lastly, the third bedroom comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 queen beds, ensuring everyone enjoys a peaceful retreat by the sea.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
