That’s the view from Destin vacation rental 640 at Jade East! Ask any local, views of our world-renowned Gulf of Mexico never fail to deliver a little tingle in your soul and a deep sense of awe.
Granted, you could probably plop some sleeping bags down in an empty condo and the views would remain awesome but 640’s theory is “hey, shouldn’t the inside match the outside”? So go ahead and expect to be impressed by the incredibly coordinated interior of this beachfront condo. Three full bathrooms and bedrooms are dipped in a decor flush with beach tones, furnishings sourced from natural fibers and original artworks in vibrant colors. Plus, the wet bar and bathrooms all enjoy beautiful granite counters with high-end cabinetry. The Primary suite in particular echoes the relaxing feel of the beach below with its oversized spa bathtub, double vanities and walk-in travertine shower.
The kitchen shares the warm granite counters as the bathrooms and contains everything you’ll need for a chic sunset soiree on the beachfront, private balcony. Other welcome conveniences including a private laundry room, flat screen TVs throughout, high-speed elevators, designated parking and gated entrance. Moreover, Jade East’s amenities include tennis courts, a beachfront pool and spa deck, gated access and a private beach. Plus, its within walking distance from lots of great restaurants and shops.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Homeowner's Association requires a maximum of 10 guests.
