Condo rental #517 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, King in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.
Condo 517 has been completely remodeled in 2016, with new large tile throughout the living areas, and quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances installed in the kitchen. The living room features new furniture, decor and artwork. All rooms have new ceiling fans. The living room (52") and both bedrooms (32") include new Roku smart TV'S. Master bedroom has a new mattress, plantation shutters, bedding and decor. The guest bedroom has new bedding and plantation shutters. Best of all, this unit has a WASHER/DRYER installed in the master bathroom.

Great vacation!
The condo is beautiful and had all the needed amenities. Having laundry in the unit was really convenient. The beach is beautiful, the pools were clean, and the free beach service was great. Overall, I would recommend this property and will probably be back!

Great stay in unit 517
We had a wonderful getaway in unit 517. The location and views were exceptional. We loved having a washer and dryer instead of having to carry laundry to another location. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for the stay.
