Our vacation rental is Gold-rated, ground-floor retreat with a West View and just 50 feet from the pool! Perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs or elevators and be on the first floor! Our rental offers easy access to the beach and both pools. Relax on the patio with your morning coffee or enjoy soaking up the sunshine while enjoying a relaxing moment while on vacation!

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The newly updated kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation during your vacation, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all the essentials to cook with! Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats six, and enjoy memorable meals together in the comfort of your home away from home.

Living Room & Private Patio: Unwind in the cozy living area with new furniture and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows on the 32” Smart TV, while on vacation in Destin, Florida. Additional Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines! Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay. Please note Washer & Dryers are not available unless specified!
