Relax by the newly-renovated outdoor pool or explore the lobby gift shop, then retreat to your room to check out complimentary DVD rentals. Young and old will enjoy the seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee), and outdoor tiki bar. Take advantage of the fitness facility and kick back in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, or steam room. With plenty of meeting room space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect destination for weddings, reunions, and business functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0216 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Upon entrance, you’ll find this homey retreat cheerful and uplifting. Prepare full meals to enjoy in the unit, or assemble snacks for lazy days at the beach in the fully appointed, pristine, white kitchen. With seating for four at both the dining table and on the balcony, there’s plenty of room for all! Curl up on the queen sleeper sofa in the carpeted living room and catch a game on the large, flat screen television. The master suite, also carpeted, is equipped with a king-sized bed and flat screen television with en suite half bath for your convenience.



SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, is just five minutes from Henderson Beach State Park. This mile long beach is a great place for exploring nature trails, grilling and enjoying picnic lunches along the emerald waters of the gulf coast.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
