The best part of the place was the location. The beach was just a short walk away and it was in a gated area. We felt very safe. Downfalls - the back deck area was not very impressive and the pictures make you think there is a hot tub by the pool but there isn’t one. What you see in the pictures is a baby pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Place was in a great location and proximity to town and all the attractions. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to have parking right in front of the unit, and overall a nice, quiet area. My feedback on the unit is the master bathroom shower pressure wasn’t great, and the pictures made the unit look nicer than it was. The property doesn’t have direct access to the beach, but is a very short walk to the beach All around the property was nice for my family and fur babies for the week.

Great location

This is a great place to stay with kids and a dog. The complex has many places to walk your dog, the storage room was packed with beach items, and it takes seconds to be on the beach. We played tennis, swam in the pools, and cooked out! The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives and a good egg pan! Musts for us.

Overall, the accommodations were adequate, but they did not match the expectations set by the listing photos and previous reviews.A few issues we encountered during our stay:The outdoor patio table was broken and unusable. The shower faucet in the master bathroom was loose and difficult to operate. The master bedroom light would randomly turn on during the night when the ceiling fan was running. The dryer door would not latch and was difficult to use. We also experienced some communication issues prior to and during our stay. We asked whether a grill was available and were told there was not one. However, upon arrival, we found a grill on the property that we could have used.Additionally, there was a closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment, but we were never informed that these items were available for guest use. Had we known, we could have avoided spending additional money on beach chair rentals. While the location and overall stay were fine, better communication and attention to maintenance would have improved our experience.
