Less than 1 mile to the beach, and within walking distance to shopping at the Destin Commons, you are in the most ideal and central spot in Destin! Located along the Gulf of Mexico in Northwest Florida, VCB boasts a resort-style pool with a hot tub, TVs and a Tiki Bar, along with pristine sugar-sand beaches just steps away!

Abundant natural light and a modern, open layout greet you inside this picturesque dream beach home. The kitchen hosts laminate wood and tile flooring, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats 6. Your new home away from home offers first-class cabinetry, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked to be able to prepare meals. The bright, open living room presents a great leather sectional and comfy orange chairs to watch the large smart TV.

On the main floor, the spacious master bedroom features a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with resort finishes. The master bathroom offers his and hers sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a separate, contemporary walk-in shower.

Up just a few steps to the second floor, a separate media room is ready for your movie night-in with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa sleeper, and provides access to a private balcony. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean from the private balcony, also accessible from the adjacent bedroom, which is complete with a large TV and a king bed. Along the second-floor hall is a front load washer and dryer to use during your stay.

The second, granite counter-top full bathroom is in the hallway with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo. The third and fourth bedrooms offer the perfect family rooms. The kids will love the double twin/full bunk beds - sleeps at least 4 - and the fourth bedroom is complete with a king bed, large TV, and a third full bathroom.

Though it is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, there’s also a seasonal trolley service that will pick you and your beach gear up right from your front door! Aside from the water activities, mom & dad can go play a round of golf on the championship courses just minutes away while the kids are entertained with the dolphin shows at the Gulfarium! Over-sized parking with classic cobblestone pavers fits up to 3 cars - 2 vertical and 1 horizontal. Additional guest parking in the complex is on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed. No motorcycles, RVs, jet skis, golf carts etc. are allowed and no street-side parking at any time, per the association. Uber/Lyft available in the area. Seasonal trolley available for transportation to the beach. There is one external security camera for guest safety and security.
