The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located in the home. East 1404 even has a UV sanitizing light in the heating/air-conditioning system to maintain cleanliness throughout the condo.

The master bedroom has a split king bed with dual elevation adjustment and vibration controls, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony.
