"Star of the Sea" is the ultimate beachfront getaway vacation home. The main home has 5 large bedrooms, each with king beds, three of the king bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is a fantastic bunk room (with two sets of twin over queen bunk beds with two full size trundle beds that sleeps 10) with an en-ensuite bathroom and an additional double sink vanity - the perfect hangout for teenagers, kids alike and fun loving adults. The kitchen has a professional 48 inch gas range, two sinks, 2 dishwashers, and additional electric oven. Additionally, we have a high chair, utensils, cups and plates for children and a pack n' play for your convenience. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, a second large refrigerator and a freestanding icemaker. There is a propane grill on the deck. The large living area on the first floor has expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and a 75" Smart TV. The second floor has an additional living area with a gas fireplace, a regulation size Foosball table, a large smart TV, all overlooking the beautiful beach.

Spacious outside living space, decks running the full width of the back of the home on both the first and second floors, not to mention your own beach! Plenty of room to find your private spot or a special place to hang with your friends. Simply ask for the beach setup for "Star of the Sea", and our friendly beach attendants will be happy to guide you to your complimentary seaside lounge chairs. This beach service is available from Spring to end of Fall.

The separate carriage house is quite spacious. It has a large living area, a full size kitchen, dining area, bathroom, master suite with a King bed and an extra large closet. There are two roll away beds in the closet to sleep additional people in this cool beach bungalow. Views of the Gulf are ever present from the main living area and deck of the carriage house as well. The carriage house is located above the garage.

Note: $55 per day to have the pool heated. A home is under construction next door.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
