Our stay at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and breathtaking views of the Gulf right from our balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The resort amenities were excellent, including the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and easy beach service. We especially loved being able to walk straight to the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear water and white sand that Destin is famous for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire property was well maintained. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly able to unwind. There are also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities nearby, making it the perfect destination for families. We created beautiful memories during our stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend Pelican Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Destin!

Property was very clean, beach access, and beach were amazing. Centrally located. Only bad thing was the pullout couch was the worst couch to sit on I’ve ever sat on and there was no other real option to sit on other than an equally as uncomfortable wicker chair.

I was so impressed by the manager's communication before my arrival; they even checked to see if I made it safely and reached out to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Having visited Destin annually, this was by far the best experience we've had, and we're already planning our next booking. Great beach access, near to dining options and family entertainment!
