A 200 unit private resort community that has great amenities including a beachfront pavilion, heated swimming pool and hot tub, two lighted tennis courts and a huge sun deck. And it’s located right on the beach!

Jetty East 110A is a roomy 1 bedroom condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. When you step into this condominium residence you know that you're in a vacation spot designed for families.

Step out onto the balcony and look around. You’ll enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage right here on the bar height table and chairs.

The living area is room and you’ll find a 42” wall mounted flat screen TV with all the cable channels you’ll want. Just the spot for afternoon relaxation. Plenty of room for the whole family.

The open KITCHEN area is well equipped. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The MASTER SUITE has a luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the 38” flat pane TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Destin.

The bedroom along with a pull out Queen Sealy sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to easily sleep 4 comfortably.

The emerald green waters of the Gulf and the 900’ of running beaches affords you no end to the adventures available – sunning, swimming, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sand castle building, crabbing, playing volleyball at our new net or just kickin’ back. Enjoy the short walk to the Jetty bordering the East Pass where you can fish, snorkel, watch the coming and going of the boats, or just sit and contemplate all the beauty that abounds here.

THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU’RE HERE

Rent a boat and take in the waters around Destin. Take it up a notch and go parasailing. Go snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, or swimming in the sea. Dolphin excursions can take you out for a look at the gulf and most likely a glimpse or two of the dolphins.


Great shopping abounds especially if you're a bargain hunter. Outlet malls will let you bring home some great deals, or for something unique, check out the art galleries and local crafts. For the basics we're just a few minutes to Fresh Market and the WalMart SuperCenter. Take your pick.

We had a hard time registering when we arrived- I’ve been told that it was because we booked through a 3rd party. The gate keeper did not have our information. We had to call the host late at night. The condo itself was nice, although it could use an update and the heat didn’t work and it was cool in Florida. He did provide space heaters that did heat up the space well. Overall it was a good stay though. We’d do it again!

Convenient parking and access to the beach. The beach view was not the best but was able to get there quickly. Being on the second floor made it nice the elevators were being renovated so there was a couple times we didn’t have use of them. Condo was so close to so many places to shop and eat.

My sister and I met up here for a relaxing weekend away. The unit is beautiful and nicely decorated. The bed is SUPER comfy! It would have been nice to have a coffee table to be able to put snacks/drinks down while relaxing on the couch. I had thought that the ocean view was visible from the couch, but that is my bad as you actually have to go out on the balcony. The owners were extremely responsive, even thing that were my stupidity...LOL. Having the beach, with chairs and umbrella right in you 'backyard' was amazing!! The pool and hot tub were pretty full with kids but that is to be expected in summer.

We have stayed at other condos in the same area and they have all been good. But the convenience of this spot is great! Easy walk to the pool and beach. No crossing a road or any of that. Condo was very nice and clean and the check in and checkout process was easy peasy. We will be back!

So close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. I’d say it’s about 100 feet from the elevator to the beach. Crazy close! We loved the complimentary beach set up also, which included 2 chairs and an umbrella. We went during spring break but you could never tell! It was so peaceful at this condo and I would absolutely stay here again!

Short family getaway

Communication with the owner was great. The condo was slightly dated, but had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and crab island tours. The included chairs and umbrellas were a nice perk! My adult children enjoyed playing pickle ball with the equipment they borrowed from the guardhouse. The water was beautiful. The AC was out in the entire complex for our last day and night there, which was out of the owner’s control, but the owner kindly and generously compensated us for the inconvenience. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was appreciated! The only minor complaints I have, are the used coffee pod left in the keurig, the slightly dusty state of the vented closet door in the hall and the top of the mirror and tv stand in the bedroom. There is only one outlet in the kitchen and it was hard for me to reach to plug in the coffee pot. None of these things affected our stay and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend jetty east!
