Stroll right across the street or through the tunnel to the public beach access or take a dip in the gated community pool just steps away. This condo also features calming beach décor, new paint throughout, gorgeous granite countertops, and an open living and dining room area with floor to ceiling windows featuring views of the Gulf! With a brand new King bed in the master bedroom, a new twin over twin bunk in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa, featuring a new gel foam mattress, in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests. The location is amazing! You are right across from the beach and it’s so easy going back and forth. No onbstructed view of the gulf either!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa! The views were spectacular. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. It was my first time renting a VRBO and thought there would be hiccups in the process but it was all smooth, directions are accurate and reliable. We stayed here with parents and children and was enough room for us to all feel comfortable. Only thing I didn’t realize was that there was only one shower but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Beach is literally just feet away and beautiful view from kitchen/living area. We also don’t realize there was extra blankets in the sitting bench in master room until we were leaving - those would have been handy. Kitchen was fully stocked (y’all should add this to description) as I wondered if there would be pots/pans for cooking - that was a plus!

This second floor with a private Cate entrance was amazing. Cute decor; very comfortable beds and very clean. Great location with a view of the beach. Main toilet needs a new in tank mechanism (took forever to refill) but that’s an easy affordable fix. We plan to stay again. Communication with the rental company was quick and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The views were beautiful. It was easy to check in (we were very late due to traffic). If you rent this villa make sure to bring pillow cases or your own pillows and coffee to get you started the following day.

Booking and communication was easy and accurate. Very positive experience! We loved the location. The view on front and back balconies was beautiful and the surrounding area was enjoyable to explore. Beautiful Experience

The condo was located in a perfect spot to view the beach and the gulf. We were upstairs and had a wonderful sight from the front windows or balcony. The rear balcony had a pretty little lake with beautiful homes. The neighborhood was clean and safe with a wide, paved path for walking or bike riding. The condo was perfect for two people and tastefully decorated.
