This was a great house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The beach is within an easy walk and was great. The pool was freezing cold when we got there and the hot water in the master bath had no pressure so that shower was unusable. The management rep was great and did figure out how to get the heater on in the pool. It was the perfect house for what we needed.
