This is an older property built like a motel with doors opening to an outdoor corridor with stairs for the second floor, overlooking parking lot. The difference is that the rooms that would open to the interior, where the pool/ activity atrium is located, are directly connected to the exterior bedroom. For ours, the room opening to the exterior had two beds and a full bath. The interior room also had a full bath, but had a kitchenette, small dinette, and a couch with a small tv. Essentially, you have two entrances, one from the outdoor corridor overlooking parking, the other to the indoor courtyard overlooking the pool & atrium. The under-window AC for the bedroom put out a sour smell, but was not a deal-breaker for us. Housekeeping works hard, but damp mopping just rearranged the sand on the floors. Overall, pretty OK for the price. Please note the pool area does not open until noon on Sundays, and when we stayed, the hot tub didn’t open at all on Sunday. Game and activity areas were fun. All indoors, inside the atrium.
