Welcome to the perfect condo for your vacation in beautiful Destin!!

Our wonderful seaside condo Unit 403 on the 4th floor is located right on the white beautiful beach of the Emerald Coast

This condo is completely updated and beautifully decorated. It comes complete with all the amenities to make your stay memorable.

You will enjoy amazing panoramic views of the gorgeous white sandy beach, the Gulf of Mexico! Sightings of Dolphins. Mesmerizing sunsets, all from your private balcony🐟🐠

The balcony is an ideal spot to unwind and truly enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances. It is ideal for preparing exquisite meals.

You’ll feel at home sitting at the beautiful dining table that serves 4 with the option to accommodate 4 more at the bar counter that separates the kitchen from the dining/living room.

Rest in the newly renovated master bedroom which offers a king size comfortable bed with a brand new 50” TV and a comfortable private bathroom.

We also have comfortable twin size bunk beds which offer storage for clothes. Here you can accommodate two kids!! They will be conveniently located next to a second fully renovated and stocked bathroom.

The living room is very comfortable and has a queen size sleeper sofa that allows for two more guests and a it has a new 55” TV for your enjoyment.
The decor was carefully selected to make you feel the tranquility and happiness of a beach living setting.

- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to fill out the rental agreement and send it to us with a copy of his/her drivers license .

If the sofá bed is used take out the sheet, leave the protector on . And lay the sheet on top of the sofá that way the cleaning lady knows to wash them.
Please set the Thermostat to 70 in winter And set it to 74 in Summer

Beautiful Beach

The beach and the emerald, green water were the highlight. The condo on the 4th floor overlooking the beach was awesome as well as the property managers. The property overall is in much need of updating/renovation. The condo nice but also could use an update. The volume of people versus the lobby space and elevators needs addressing. The traffic in Destin is horrendous.

The condo is beautiful, the view is amazing! Nothing like waking up to look out on the Gulf and watch dolphins swimming about! We had a wonderful time! Can't wait to be able to come back.

This might be the cleanest rental we’ve stayed on during a beach trip. Not even a speck of sand in the whole place! The hosts were responsive before during and after our stay…not that we needed to reach out to them because the rental had everything we needed! We loved the location, the amenities, and the view. Creating a comfy place for our three year old is so important to having a good and fun trip and even he started calling it “home” by day 3. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be choosing it again when we come back to Destin!

Great short vacation getaway.

The views from the patio were great on the fourth floor was easy to get up and out. If the elevator was slow, we can walk up the stairs. It is very comfortable there and lots of room to spread out In the kitchen was great too.
