This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and luxury plank flooring thru out the entire condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Good experience
I loved having the first floor with a yard. It was very easy for the kids to go in and out to the pool and beach access. I also love how the beach club has beach chairs and umbrella for each room. The location was good and near everything.

Perfect for us
We planned a quick 4 day trip and it was just what we needed. Close proximity to the beach and pool for the kids. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. Plus the condo had everything we needed to cook in. We will definitely visit again.
