Promiscuité gênante et chats envahissants

Nous étions 10pers pour une maison prévue pour 12. Un accueil très moyen sûrement dû à notre arrivée tardive (avion en retard d’une heure). Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement général, personne très désagréable voire agressive... Le 1er matin pas de serviette de toilette donc je suis allée voir dans les parties communes, j’en ai trouvé et je me suis donc servi afin de prendre une douche après un long voyage. Nous nous sommes faits engueuler alors qu’à la base c’est plutôt des excuses que nous aurions dû avoir vu que c’est elle qui n’a pas fait son travail. Nous avions loué pour 3 semaines donc il nous paraissait logique de nous changer les draps et serviettes en milieu de séjour (ce qu’on nous a toujours proposé dans les autres gîtes) mais non aucune proposition et quand j’en ai fait la demande on m’a répondu : vous avez des machines à laver à disposition ça sèche en 2h. HONTEUX !!! Habitué des gîtes en Guadeloupe c’est la 1ère fois qu’on voit ça. La promiscuité avec les autres gîtes est très gênante car même le bruit des chaises à apparemment dérangé les voisins, le bruit de nos conversations également alors que nous étions au lit à 22h30. Le pire est la présence des chats du propriétaire qui lui n’est pas là car ils ont pris la maison pour une litière géante: caca devant la porte des chambres, pipi sur nos sacs ou chaussures et même pipi sur le grille pain. Autant dire que tout ça est très sympathique au réveil. TOUS les matins nous devions nettoyer. Fort dommage car la maison est spacieuse avec une vue superbe. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

l annonce n est pas conforme à la réalité

Pas de barbecue weber comme convenu il était hors d usage, parlons des salles de bains le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les joints des douches étaient noirs, La concierge sur place nous a demandé de régler le menage, chose qui a été faite directement sur le paiement d 'Abritel. Nous étions 9 adultes et nous sommes en droit d'avoir une explication en plus nous avons été rapatriés le mercredi 25 mars. Dans l'attente de vous lire.

juste pour dire

super gite familial une vue face a la mer à se délecter chaque jour. les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipes de douches la cuisine est tres grande et pratique pour toutestypes de cuisine créole 5attention toutefois au frigo qui fait trop de froid et givre facilement et la cafetiere qui doit etre remplacée.) nous aimons également les chats attention de ne pas laisser trainer des sacs. ni la nourriture, car nos amis sucriers et diverses raffolent du pain et des bananes. attention pas deau chaude le matin, ni de pression car si tout le monde prend sa douche y en a qui n ont qu un filet d eau froide. si vous restez quinze jour et que les gites sont tous occupes vous devrez laver vos draps et serviettes de salle de bain. ca n a pas été dit, alors quand vous êtes une grande famille alors c est une gestion il faut le dire d entrée. un BBC vous est propose un ancien weber transformé en BBC a charbon c est pas grave ca ne nous a pas empêché de faire les ouassous et les balistes grillés) sinon dans l ensemble a part quelques détails le Gite est bien grand spacieux . a bientôt face a la mer
