Exceptionnelle villa à Deshaie

Tout était parfait dans cette villa. Spacieuse et ultra lumineuse, cette maison nous a permis de profiter de l’extérieur dans un site enchanteur et calme. Bien localisée pour découvrir les beautés de la Guadeloupe. Nous recommandons fortement. Un merci tout spécial à Alexandra qui a su nous offrir un service parfait. En espérant pouvoir y revenir un jour.

Nice family property

Nicely maintained, nicely designed, roomy - ideal for our group of 7. Wonderful hot tub. Our kids didn't much want to leave the house! We don't speak French so there was some communication difficulties but there were no real problems

An awesome introduction to Guadeloupe!

The house is spacious and has plenty of room. We loved the “open to the outside “ concept. The pool and hot tub were very nice, also! The location is very good, quite close to a small boulangerie/ grocery store (where they make excellent crepes!). It’s a very short distance to the most beautiful beach I have ever been on, La Plage de la Peale. Death In Paradise fans would recognize this beach ! The caretaker was helpful and extremely competent! I look forward to our next visit to Zen Villa!

as Zen as can be...

This house was a perfect retreat for our 3 generations reunion. Rain or shine, the open area living room was an amazing place to gather around. Far away from any hustle and bustle, but close to gorgeous beaches, markets, and supermarket, this house was in an ideal location. Claude was very responsive; Estelle was at the airport to transfer us to the house as we rented the owner's car, Fabrice was at the house to greet us and took care of getting us a carry-out dinner as we arrived late... they all deserve a 5 star as we were able to relax right from the start. Merci, nous reviendrons!

Amazing trip

We stayed here with 5 kids and 4 adults over Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very comfortable. With its open concept it was ideal for enjoying the fantastic weather. We arrived late on Christmas Eve and we’re worried about finding food for Christmas Day, but luckily found a small store open down the street til 12pm. We ended up going there daily for fresh bread and other small necessities. We visited a different beach daily, each within a 5 to 15 minute walk or drive and each as fantastic as the next. We also spent time exploring the volcano and other parts of the island. It was always nice to come back from a long day and be able to relax while my energetic kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were very few mosquitoes while we were there and each of us only ended up with a bite or two from one evening.

great vacation villa

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa in December. It's located on Basse-Terre, the lush mountainous side of the island, which is very tranquil and an easy drive from the airport. The beaches here are amazing with less tourists than the other side of the island, Grande Terre. The villa was kid friendly, and the pool and the hot tub were definitely a plus. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. For example, he arranged for the caretaker to pickup dinner for us upon our arrival since we had an evening flight and couldn’t make it to the villa until around 8:00 pm. Parking was easy despite the villa being built upon the side of a small mountain. There was a flat parking area above the villa with space for about 8-10 cars to park and it was never full. Overall this was a great place to stay and would come back here again.

Great house, and location!

Very nice overall. Pool and spa were lovely, kitchen and BBQ really great. Bedrooms were nice too. Love the open floor plan. Mosquitoes were a bit of an issue.

Fantastic Island and fantastic house!

We stayed at this house Feb 1-7, 2018 and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as described, if not better. The place was very clean and the property manager was always just a quick phone call away (we didn't need to call him, but he was great to share info on local spots to visit). Less than 5 min walk to a great beach and across the street from a resort and pizza shack that were delicious. Another pleasant surprise was how private the house felt. Neighbors are close by but completely hidden by foliage. Thanks!

Beautiful property, charming village nearby

The place is perfect for a large family or two couples with kids. Just note there are two bathrooms that would make it harder for large group of adults. The locations is on a quieter side of the island and I hope it will stay that way without big hotel chains and shopping centers. This place is great for relaxing vocations away from a city. The property manager is very helpful and responsive to the needs. He definitely made us feel welcomed and gave great tips. Thank you!

Villa agréable et originale.

Cette villa est idéale pour une famille de 6 adultes et 2 enfants. L'aire de vie ( cuisine, salon, grande table, terrasse et piscine) offre un séjour très confortable et agréable. Architecture unique avec ventilation constante.Très bien équipée avec 2 frigos et de multiples accessoires de cuisine et condiments, épices, huiles etc. La piscine est parfaite. Nous sommes arrivés en retard et à la noirceur et la villa a été difficile à trouver. Les bémols qui empêchent une note de 5: les stores métalliques bruyants à fermer au coucher et à ouvrir le matin pour avoir accès à la terrasse et la grande table et la difficulté à contrôler ( augmenter ) la température de l'eau du spa.

Dépaysement en famille

Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments dans la villa Zen avec enfants et petits-enfants, la maison est très grande, chacun avait son espace, très bien équipée et le système des lames bioclimatiques très efficace, la maison a toujours été aérée. Le service d'accueil était parfait aussi. Nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons avevec plaisir.

La Villa Zen est idéale pour une vacance en famille. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine pour se faire de bons repas.Les aires communes sont spacieuses. Les matelas sont très confortables. L’emplacement est parfait, près des plages. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Belle villa

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette jolie villa. Nous étions trois couples une adulte deux enfants de 9 et 10ans et un bébé d un an. La villa était conforme au descriptif mais petit bémol concernant la quatrième chambre qui ce trouve sous le toit car pas adapté pour un couple mais convient parfaitement pour des enfants. Notre départ était fixé le vendredi matin mais avons eu la surprise de voir jeudi matin le pisciniste dans le jardin entrain de nettoyer la piscine alors que nous étions sur la terrasse. La correction ayant peut etre été que nous soyons informé par la conciergerie de son passage ou meme que celui ci passe après notre départ. La villa est néamoins bien agréable et sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Très beau séjour en Guadeloupe

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la maison de Claude qui offre des espaces de vie très agréables. Maison très bien équipée et bénéficiant en plus d'une belle piscine et d'un grand jacuzzi. Nous recommanderions avec plaisir cette location à d'autres vacanciers.

Villa ZEN, qui n'a de ZEN que le nom.

Cette maison est dite bioclimatique. C'est un mensonge. Une maison bioclimatique désigne une habitation pensée et conçue de manière à limiter la consommation énergétique. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre, seulement des ouvertures en façades obstruées par brise soleil à lames d'aluminiums. Elle est orientée plein Ouest. A midi il fait quasiment nuit noire à l'intérieur en ayant ouvert tous les BSO et les 3 rideaux de bijoutier faisant office de baies donnant sur la terrasse. En guise d'économie d'énergie, les chambres, ayant des ouvertures BSO comme mentionné et donc sans fenêtre qui ne se ferment sont climatisées. Nous avons donc climatisé l'extérieur! Les rideaux de bijoutier sont une gabegie monumentale, soit vous ouvrez les grilles soit vous les laissez fermées. Imaginez le raffut, le brouhaha lorsqu'on actionne leurs commandes. Par ailleurs, c'est plus de 10 appareils électriques de forte consommation que nous avons vu dispersé autour et dans la maison afin de tuer les milliers (oui je dis bien milliers) de moustiques. Système non fonctionnel au demeurant. Nous avons passé ces quelques jours avec ce bruit sourd tel celui d'un vieux réfrigérateur tournant à pleine puissance. Peut importe ou nous nous trouvions dans le logement, il y avait ce bruit. Invasion de chats sauvages et malade, dont pour un d'entre eux l'intérieur sortait par derrière. C'est horrible! Puis nous avons eu la joie de voir la naissance de bébés rats. Murs noir de crasse.
