The residence is right opposite the cycle routes leading to Sirmione and it also offers 3 shared pools, a shared garden, a lovely restaurant and even a theatre for uninterrupted on-site relaxation. But this is not all, for our active vacationers, the residence has a tennis table and five-a-side football!
The apartment itself is located on the first floor and divided into two levels, with an open living on the lower and a sleeping area on the upper level. Both floors have a bathroom each for added convenience. There is also a private balcony with open-air dining to unwind and enjoy meals in an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. Moreover, the pet-friendly apartment features an air-conditioned sleeping area and central heating to provide comfy year-round stays. The living area is fully-furnished to create a homely and welcoming family space with a large sofa bed, a massive Smart TV, a dining for 4 and a modern kitchen with all essential utilities. A dishwasher, oven, microwave, mokka coffee machine, fridge and toaster are at guests’ disposal to whip us quick, hassle-free meals.

The holiday apartment is located in Rivoltella, Desenzano del Garda, between Sirmione and Desenzano and right opposite the pedestrian and cycle paths leading to these famous resorts on Lake Garda. La Zattera beach is just next door, meanwhile, the famous Desenzano del Garda beaches like Spiaggia di Rivoltella and Spiaggia d’Oro are 20-25 minutes walk away. Guests are also just next door to a sushi bar, pizzeria, and even a beach restaurant. Shops and other exciting venues like the popular Piazza Matteotti and Piazza Giacomo as well as Castello di Desenzano are a 10-minute drive. Plus, nightlife lovers will also find plenty of pubs and clubs in this famous Lake Garda resort.
Famous historic sites like the Scaligero Castle and Grotte di Catullo in Sirmione, as well as, the most famous theme parks around Lake Garda – Gardaland and Caneva Aquapark are 15-20 minutes\' drive. Desenzano del Garda\'s ferry links to all other towns on Lake Garda such as Bardolino, known for its famous D.O.C wines, and the unmissable Torri di Benaco. Verona Villafranca Airport is just a 30-minute drive away and has flights all year round. Coming by train? The closest train station is Desenzano del Garda, a 10-minute drive away.
