This beautiful apartment is part of the 12-unit residential complex "Villa Colli Storici," located in the peaceful town of Desenzano del Garda, less than a kilometer from the lake’s shores. Elegantly furnished with a touch of classic charm, the apartment is on the first floor and spread over two levels, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—plus two sofa beds for two people each. There are also 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. This apartment is ideal for large families and those traveling with children.



Outside Villa Colli Storici, you’ll find a spacious garden with centuries-old olive trees, a shared pool (open June to October), and comfortable sun loungers.
