The desk attendant took the time to walk my 92 year old Mother to our room and also carried her small bag while I parked the vehicle. It was much appreciated and my Mother was very grateful. Thanks for making her feel special and welcome! Cudos to the staff member. I hope she enjoys a long and fruitful life here! I felt like the exterior of the building was very deceitful. As well as the photographs when booking online. The room had a terrible odor, and upon reading the reviews I felt like those were pretty inaccurate. The breakfast options or nothing spectacular. Whereas everybody raved about how great the breakfast options were. It was options of cold cereal, a packet of oatmeal, toast, bagels, and a variety of little Debbie snacks. Also, the cleanliness of the room was less than mediocre and is in need of some dire upgrades.
