Pet Policy: We love animals! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join your stay, we do have a $49 per pet fee assessed at booking for extra cleaning, we must insure that the next guest will be comfortable even if they have pet allergies.

If your pet damages the property in any way a fee of $1000+ will be assessed based on damages/accidents.

Library Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while browsing the library collection.

Grill Essentials: Guests are welcome to use the charcoal grill, but please bring your own charcoal.

Please shower any products off of skin before entering the hot tub. Please refrain from dunking your head. The back porch houses a personal changing tent, please change out of your wet clothes before entering the home, there are robes and beach towels in the dining room as well as the washer and dryer for convenience.

The house and host were both amazing! Very clean and cozy home! Comfy beds! The hot tub was icing on the cake! After a nice long day sitting in their was the perfect ending to a great day! The host was great at communicating and gave us great recommendations on things to do! Would definitely go back to this home if I went back to Iowa on vacation again!

Overall impression: wow this place is spotless CLEAN! Everything was new and very nice. Pet friendly too was so appreciated. Nice quiet neighborhood, quick drive to fairgrounds. Beds and furniture are comfy and the central air conditioning was heavenly! Hope to stay again the next time in Des Moines.

The home is exactly as pictured. The small touches like an extra toothbrush or razor, makeup wipes were an added bonus. Nicole was a great communicator and was quick with responses. The back screened in porch was a great quiet spoke to enjoy a cup of coffee or a book. We enjoyed our stay.
