Entering at ground level, a contemporary, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a welcoming, light-filled space to unwind and socialise with loved ones. Cook up fresh, local produce in the well-equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils.
Eat around the kitchen island or at the dining table, then kick back in the living room on one of the comfy sofas with a movie. On cooler evenings, settle in with a book by the fireplace or simply enjoy views across the river and over to the twinkling lights of Hobart.

There are multiple outdoor living and dining options, with a spacious patio, complete with a BBQ and table setting overlooking the Derwent River, offering an inviting place to share meals alfresco. Three well-appointed bedrooms accommodate six guests, with the second and third bedrooms located upstairs and the master bedroom situated downstairs.
