The room was pleasant and bed comfortable but sadly had a leak in the ceiling so had to move to a different room......helped by supportive staff. Some of the furnishings were a bit worn/broken (eg bath plug...waste bin....) so some housekeeping would be beneficial

I do object to to paying over £7 for one instant coffee and two slices of toast. As someone who eats only small meals, I find the blanket pricing unfair. The accommodation is basic but adequate. The situation ideal.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and despite being next to a road it was quiet in the room. The hotel building is in need of a bit of a refurb but the restaurant building was quite nice. Unfortunately the room could have been cleaner, the bed wasn't made properly and there was a lot of hair in the bath plug which was really horrible.

Room was good but everything looks a bit tired now, but then we have been coming here for a few years now. The bathrooms although functional could do with having new showers, but then the price is always very good so i suppose you get what you oay for. The staff are ALWAYS lovely, so 5* to them.

Parking next to a load of skips/bins outside. Bed was comfy but there were long dark hairs on the pillows, so I dont think these were changed before our arrival. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, tasteless food with really poor ingredients, very much not worth the money. Would not stay in a Marstons inn again

The staff in the bar were not very polite or accomadating. Not a good advert to the pub. The rooms were clean bed comfortable. It's a shame and it spoilt our evening.
