Spacious 3 bed Bungalow with almost half an acre of Garden in the back that overlooks fields. With mature trees and a couple of mature apple trees.
Ideal to unwind in Summer with sun loungers or just picnic at the back.
Ideal for families with pet. Pet friendly home.
Village Location but close to Derby City and Nottingham. Stones throw away from Mercia Marina. Not far from Theme park like Alton Towers. Location is ideal for families who want to stop off, as only a couple of minutes away from A50 and A38.
The 3 bedroom Bungalow has two kingsize and single Orthopedic beds. Shower room with all the basic necessities such as towels, shampoo, shower gel and conditionor. Please note no bath tub.
The kitchen is full of everything you need. All the cutlery required and pots and pans. Plus airfryer, toaster and Microwave.
Dining area has an extendable table with 6 chairs plus high chair if required.
Lounge area has tv with large window that overlooks the garden.
Fast WiFi is also available. Private off road parking too.
Travel cot can be provided on request.
