House is very clean and in good shape. Sets a short ways from boat ramp and City Park which was a nice walk in the evenings. Liked that it is nestled back off Hwy 101 in quiet area. Nice kitchen! Large dinning room table, great for playing games. Depot Bay was great whale watching!
