The hotel facilities are nice in general. The food is also nice. However, the thermostat in the room was not working and it was too hot. We dis not have a good sleep.

Winter stay.

It's a very old that has been bought by Ramada. There has been a very little renovation a the hotel. It's very old and spa area is a mess. Everything is almost broke. The Thermal water outside is cold. And if you're coming to use outside thermal its disappointing. The cleaning is not good. But the staff and workers are very nice, helpful and smiling. We did get Snickers and fusetea as welcoming gift. The breakfast was very good and big. Ramada needs to make big improvements.

Got there a little late as our flight got delayed . Our reservation was for four TWIN rooms with dinner. No dinner after 21.30. None and they decided to “upgrade” our rooms to double beds (not king like 1.30 mts) . Not ok. We had to fight to change them. Beds did not have bedsheets over, just a blanket . Terrible . Definitely not 5* as it says and a major pain

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, vor allem dank des meist sehr freundlichen Personals. Man fĂŒhlte sich willkommen und bekam Hilfe bei Fragen. Leider gab es am letzten Tag ein enttĂ€uschendes Erlebnis. Da wir sehr frĂŒh abreisen mussten (06:30 Uhr) und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck erst um 07:00 beginnt, fragten wir am Vortag, ob wir frĂŒher frĂŒhstĂŒcken dĂŒrfen. Uns wurde das klar zugesagt. Am Morgen wusste jedoch weder die KĂŒche noch die Rezeption etwas davon. Wir wurden mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht hinein dĂŒrften. Die Situation war sehr unangenehm, sodass wir ganz auf das FrĂŒhstĂŒck verzichteten. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sagte zwar, er wĂŒrde in der KĂŒche Bescheid geben, tat dies aber offenbar nicht. Beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war – der Eindruck war sehr distanziert. Auch die Hygiene in den ThermalbĂ€dern war problematisch. In Innen- und Außenbecken waren viele Haare im Wasser. Viele GĂ€ste trugen keine Badekappen und es war keine Aufsicht zu sehen. Das hat den Eindruck von mangelnder Kontrolle und Hygiene vermittelt, was bei Thermal- und Wellnessbereichen besonders wichtig ist.

Personel nazik ilgili , yemekler gĂŒzel ancak spa tarafında hijyen temizlik ve spa kuralı dÄ±ĆŸÄ±nda özensiz oluruna bırakılmÄ±ĆŸ bir ortam vardı. Masaj odasında rahatlamamız gerekirken çocuk bağırmaları ağlamaları vs ile gerildik.
