Very helpful staff, who print all the info a guest needs including how to get to the tourist sites. Great buffet breakfast. Excellent location, 50 metres away from the city bus terminal. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. Very fast wifi everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location for bus, train and Dolmus. Easy to get to Laodicea, Pamukkale/Hieropolis and nearby cities. Hotel.mucb more swanky than the pictures show. Extensive breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

Clean place and helpful staff. At the check in front desk will give all directions you need it for a trip in Pamukkale. Bus station close to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of choices.

Excellent hotel, I think you can't go wrong staying here and I would be happy to stay again. It is nice and modern inside, the staff were excellent and helped me with my plans visiting pamukkale and laodikea along with my onward travel. The room is nice and comfy, I found the wifi to be very good. The breakfast could be better. It was fine the one morning I had it. It is a standard turkish continental, but a lack of satisfying proteins (boiled eggs, etc). I skipped it on my check-out day rather than wake up early to get it. The best part of this hotel is how close it is to the bus station, there is a secure entrance across the road and I had an easy time walking there with my luggage from the train. 100% would book again.

Great Great! Hotel

My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. It has an excellent location very close to all the iconic sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any need I had, from helping me with directions to airport transfers. I highly recommend this hotel. Mi estancia en este hotel fue realmente muy placentera, tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de todos los sitios emblemáticos. I had a fantastic stay at the Laodikya Hotel in Denizli, Turkey! The location couldn’t be more convenient—right beside the main bus station, making it incredibly easy to explore the area and access transportation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. For anyone visiting Denizli, I highly recommend the Laodikya Hotel for its perfect location, excellent service, and great value. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. It was weird that one staff at reception did not speak even basic English and did not try to use google translate. For the rest everything was fine . Breakfast was great but late so we could not have the second day due to early check in . A solution like to take away would have been appreciated but they didn’t want it

Convenient to public transportation

The hotel is close to bus and train stations, which fit perfectly into our travel plan. We arrived by plane, visited Pamukkale, and went on to Selcuk, all connections easily accessible by bus and train. In addition, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast very good.

Outstanding service and hospitality

Outstanding service and friendliness from the guy at reception, couldn't be more helpful about helping us, giving directions, etc. First impression of the reception area was modern and slick, however the rooms were quite dated, as was the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent - wide variety of food and spacious seating. Room was fine, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. As a side note, we travelled as two women and the surrounding area felt a little uncomfortable after dark, but was probably okay. Otherwise, location was great as it was right next to the bus station, perfect for visiting Pamukkale.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Wonderful 3 day stay in central hotel across from bus station and 300m to railway station. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and my room was spotlessly clean. Provide information for Pummakale at check in. Hotel provides two bottles of water in your fridge every day Only message to the hotel is you provide 2 small bars of soap and even though I used them once they are replaced when the room is cleaned which is just a waste, please just don't replace them
