The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day.

Ok hotel for a one night stay. Our first room had ants in it but they moved us to another room. We didnt see any other guests so felt a little like a ghost hotel. Breakfast is adequate for the price. Its a shame that Pamukkale is so run down in general.

Pamukkale Terrace and Hierapolis were amazing. This hotel right there and so convenient to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel and owner are diamonds in this town

Awesome hotel in the beautiful town of Pamukale. Mustafa (owner), understands and applies genuinely minute to minute the meaning of being hospitable in the business of hospitality. He went the extra mile all the time to make sure I had a pleasant time at his property and in the town of pamukale. Hotel is walking distance to the hot springs, restaurants, and general transportation. Breakfast is amazing

Super nice owner

The owner is super nice. We booked for 1 night and told him that we will check-out at around 7am next day. He prepared some takeaway sandwiches and fruits for us when we check out. He was sleeping behind the reception but still came out to say goodbye to us.

Nice stay, excellent staff!

The pool area was nice, and rooms are basic but very comfortable. The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff - the lovely guy at the front desk let us check in early, then he brought us complimentary fresh melon and tea by the pool, and when we said we were leaving early to catch a bus to Cappadocia he was so sweet and gave us some breakfast to take away with us. He really went over and above - we were very impressed!
