This property is actually a hazard! There are some MAJOR electrical issues happening here that were brought to the attention of the property owner and were not addressed during our stay. The lights were flickering and turning on and off by themselves and the dishwasher panel started flickering and making noise, so we unplugged it. The property owner asked us to plug it back in to see if it reset and when we did, the plug sparked and the panel was still flickering, so we unplugged it again. I have many photos and videos of the electrical issues and the level of cleanliness of this property and I can say without a doubt that it is NOT a 10/10 “exceptional” property. The listing states it is pet free, but there was dog hair on the carpeting and sofa and the upstairs king bedroom smelled of wet dog. The “outdoor dining” is actually impossible because the table top is so dilapidated, it was unusable. There was a loose stepping stone in the back yard which nearly caused my friend to break an ankle, the throw blanket on the sofa was absolutely disgusting, there was some major issue with pests or termites in the king bedroom. The list of issues with this place is incredibly long, but the biggest one was the electrical. There is something very bad and unsafe happening there, so I would avoid this property at all costs. The cleanliness was a whole separate issue, but bad nonetheless. I will say that the owners responded to messages quickly but didn’t solve any of the issues.
