So, I have been to this hotel before and never had any issues. This time was different . During my stay, I needed another room for work as I am from Canada and it’s day night difference. Husband wanted to sleep and I had my meetings scheduled. Went to reception and asked a gentleman if they have a room available. He said NO, I checked online and it was showing availability . I showed him that and still he said, It’s not in his system. I said, I will book online and would you be able to check me in? He completely denied. So, I had no choice but use the booked room for my appointment . It was around 11 pm! So, hopefully he will do better for others!

Expensive and still in construction and renovations and lots of dust. AC vents are spitting out lots of dust and i did complain about it many times to clean it up but that did not happen. My son is asthmatic so he had lots of problems. Waiters and staff were very polite and good. Breakfast was awesome. Response to the calls or request was not best but good. Convenience was the factor in choosing They really need to do a lot of work to get it upto a good standard

The check in and checkout process was very long. I needed to wait for an an hour for check in and then also wrong room was provided. The employee at check in were not well trained and they kept on asking stuffs from each other on the process. I came from Dallas to delhi after a 24 hours flight with two kids (infant) . They were tired and cranky but the check in process took forever. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. Rooms had mosquitoes. The checkout also took around 25 minutes. The receptionist was not able to charge money from the hold they put on my card and was telling me that they would like to charge again from my credit card and refund the hold after they figure out what’s wrong with the deposit or hold.
