Rooting bathroom door, bad odour, damaged furniture, flea and Mosquitoes all over inside the hotel and rooms. Only 2 lifts servicing 400 rooms. Lack of maintenance and it’s only a 2 star

The buffet breakfast staff Should be improved. The hotel has only lifts and no staircase which can be an issue sometimes.

Very good first experience

It was the first time that I stayed in Delhi and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is located close to train station and has a shopping centre right next to it. The approach to the hotel is not quite as good as the hotel itself (if you are coming from the train station) but it's not bad enough to count as a drawback. Rooms are nice and comfy with massive windows! Service is very good and prompt. Overall experience was pleasant and very good!
