Where to start? The pool was closed all day for a wedding- could not access The reception desk was super slow and always a line Room was cleaned quickly and not restocked. Room is 4 star at best The restaurant was way over priced and the service terrible. You had to practically beg someone to take your order More of a conference centre with so many private events Bar was closed for private event Outdoor eating from the restaurant also closed for private event Water in shower warm sometimes Management not at all helpful. There are too many excellent hotels in Delhi. This is not one. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Room vent light was on through the night. Wasn’t pleasant. Then the side light would switch off, we had to unscrew the bulb. The staff was very slow and checkout took 20 mins. Food was ok, could have been better. Same feed back given to the hotel

There were Mosquitos and dust when we arrived. upon calling the housekeeping staff we were provided with Good Knight plug ins but still lots of mosquitos. It feels like the property doesnt Air the room at all. plus the insufficient and below par quality washroom kits...Only good thing was the staff behvaior. but for the price customers should get much cleaner and quality washroom kits. Even number of towels were much less.
