Never book this awful hotel.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and I’ve had a terrible experience. I had to change the rooms twice because of issues. The new room they offered us, the shower broke and flew off the wall and hit me in the head. The front staff was so unhelpful all they offered me was an apology. If your guest has an injury on hotel premises due to bad maintenance then surely there should be compensation. The food was terrible and overpriced and they have stupid rules that you can’t bring food packages inside. I had a small Bluetooth speaker that they wanted me to hand over. What is this a jail?

The bathroom shower is so slippery, I slipped, it’s so dangerous, a disaster waiting to happen. No side rods to hold, no shower cabin, the second you start walking, you can slip really badly and bang your head

There is nothing unique. The property is old and customer service is very poor. Complain about the AC, but never fixed. Finally gave me anothe room at last night stay but same issue. I will never stay thos hotel in my life regardless

Worst Hotel Experience

It was Hot - AC didn’t work and upon calling the service, we were told it wasn’t turned and they fixed but it didn’t get even afterwards. My bother stayed here few months ago and he recommended me that was the only reason I decided to stay but I will never stay or recommend anyone ever.
