The staff were amazing upon arrival gifting our children with colouring and teddys. All staff really made us welcome and showed their humble caring nature. I canā€™t fault this hotel one bit! The staff really make this place the best!

The hotel is currently going through refurbishment and therefore very noisy during the day. This needs to be alerted to all guests prior to arrival so they can make alternative decisions to stay else where. Our checkin was chaotic as all correspondence we had with the hotel prior to arrival was ignored. Staff in the club room as excellent, particularly Vikas and Vishal who made our evening most enjoyable

We are vegan and chef Sanjeev Sharma really worked with us to meet our dietary needs. We specifically requested low-fat vegan meals, and the chef delivered every time, including a fantastic dessert. My two recommendations for the property: update the gym, which is quite cramped and rearrange the equipment so that it doesnā€™t feel as cramped; clean the staircase leading from the basement of the fitness area to the pool area.

Chardi Kala Hotel!

Amazing stay Staff check staff girl super nice and welcomed decently. Twin boys st Taj Club were decent and professional Chef Sameer and Amit at Breakfast very accommodating and added joy to my breakfast. Spa area Yosha musta Bajaj ver y nice and helpful.
