Akshay was wonderful with bringing up our bags and so kind and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful as well. The chef at breakfast time on December 19 took great care of me as a celiac guest needing food free from cross-contamination with gluten, and made me an amazing dosa with a tomato sauce and a coconut sauce. I forgot to get his name. Two things that were not great were that the (otherwise very nice) bathroom smelled like pee, and how overpriced the wine was in the restaurant. 4x as much as the price of the in-room mini bar, and 2x as much as the full bottle price at the next hotel we stayed at, for the exact same bottle.

The hotel is big and clean but services are poor. I had booked room to triple occupancy, the room was very small for third bed, they just squeezed the extra bed in front of king bed, me and my wife got hurt by walking between the narrow space. After complaining the moved us into bigger room but the extra bed was horrible, you can feel the join of the bed and it hurts my back all night. You get better extra bed in a Motel. Price for food and others are way higher than other hotels in airport area. It’s around $100+ for each person to have dinner in any of there restaurants. Not going back there again.
