Very nice hotel. 4.5 stars. The heating system is on cool, so call ahead if you want your room above 66F. There is a very fine Chinese restaurant in addition to hotel multi-national menu restaurant.

Great customer service. Helped us to locate a fedex vender to come to the hotel and take a luggage we wanted to ship back to USA instead of continue our vacation to Thailand carrying it with us. It was filled with Indian wedding clothes and had clothes for India's weather not Thailand. So we didn't have to carry it around and pay luggage fees - it was expensive but it was a large suitcase and heavy. So it was about the same cost without the trouble. The buffet was great and had meat products similar to western culture, bacon (though I don't eat) my family enjoyed it. Also had lots of options.
