Relatively clean but dont expect anything compared to western hotel standards. Fittings are very old and barely working, e.g. the shower head in my room was not working and the temperature could not be adjusted. That said however, safety beats all and this is a very safe place, especially for solo travellers. Staff is super helpful, especially in a city like Delhi which is quite tedious to move around. They can also help with tours, drivers etc. as the hostel manager has a tour company also. Overall, decent quality if you're not too picky. Price could be lower, as current does not reflect the facilities.

IMERSÃO

PARA QUEM BUSCA ENTRAR EM CONTATO EM UMA IMERSÃO E VIVENCIAR COM OS MORADORES LOCAIS, ESTE É O LUGAR CERTO. O HOSTEL FICA ENTRE GUETOS E LUGARES BEM ASSUSTADORES, QUASE IMPOSSÍVEL ACREDITAR QUE EXISTE ESTE LUGAR EM MEIO AO CAUS, MUITAS FEIRINHAS E LOCAIS BEM TÍPICOS DE DELHI. A INDIA DE VERDADE... TIVE APENAS O DESCONFORTO DE ENCONTRAR O HOSTEL EM REFORMA, ISSO GEROU BARULHO E INCOMODO, ENTRE MEIO A PINTURA TIVE UMA ROUPA TODA SUJA DE TINTA QUE HAVIA ESCORRIDO PELO CORRIMÃO DA ESCADARIA, UBER NÃO ENTRA NESTA RUA, TIVE PROBLEMAS DE LOCALIZAÇÃO, HAVIA UMA CAMPAINHA QUE (ACREDITO SER PARA SINALIZAR OS FUNCIONÁRIOS) BEM NA PORTA DE MEU QUARTO, TOCAVA A TODO MOMENTO, MUITO CHATO E INCOMODO! O CHUVEIRO ERA PÉSSIMO, DO TIPO QUE ESTAVA TODO ENTUPIDO, ESGUICHOS PARA TODO LADO, NO ENTANTO VALE A EXPERIÊNCIA!

Best hostel ever. I travelled several coutries before, but it's my first time to be helped by hostel. I was so badly scammed when I tried to go the hostel from new delhi station. I chose wrong tuktuk driver and he lied, guided me to wrong place. When I felt I'm in trouble, Backpackers heaven helped me to escaped from there even in the mid night. And also they helped me to get full-refund from scammers. Thanks to Abdul, Raj and other staffs o kuldeep friends Hostel I can keep good memories of India. Thank you

Airport pickup was on time and when arrived at hostel manager and employees were all polite and helpful. I booked for 3 nights but as I met a friend I asked to check out early and they gave me a refund for 2 days which was very nice of them. The best thing about the staff was that they were very helpful even when I got stuck in jhodpur they helped me book me a train to bring me back to Delhi which was almost impossible for me .
