Excellent Experience

The stay at Kastor International was excellent. This hotel is located in a central location close to major landmarks like Greater Kailash, Nehru Place, Lotus Temple, and Kalkaji. The entire staff is very courteous and professional. The Manager, Mr Ranjan, goes out of his way to ensure that the guests are having a comfortable stay. Facilities are accurately advertised online. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Bad experience

At 9.30pm I ordered for dinner but at 10.30pm when I enquired they said I had not ordered for dinner. Horrible. Room very small. Toliet stinking. I had booked hotel by paying prepaid but while check out they asked payment. Also while checking in they said there is no booking of my name but when I showed mail they said ok. Don't go in this hotel. I frequently live in hotels but this one not good experience.
