We checked in around 9pm. The room that was assigned to us was smelling of mould. I had booked 2-double beds but it only had one double bed. We informed the front desk and the person assured us of a much comfortable and cleaner room at the club lounge level 3. The second room was nice n big, had 2-double beds but was smelling of smoke. We were just too frustrated and tired. The front desk person offered us complimentary dinner in their restaurant, was was very good. We asked the front desk give us free drop off but the person didn’t. It’s a disappointment as you pay money for the experience and JW Marriot definitely ruined that for us. Won’t stay again here.

An oasis!

Pros: Everything
Location: Close to airport - 3 minutes by hotel limo, straight to airport door
Beautiful hotel. Close to airport. Large base room with lovely bathroom and great bed. Breakfast variety and quality fantastic. Staff could not do enough for us.

Lives up to 5- star rating

The Marriott Aerocituy was a lovely hotel experience from start to finish. Pickup from airport in hotel car was effortless and comfortable. We were greeted on check-in by the assistant manager and warmly welcomed.the decor was restful and elegant. I especially loved the flower arrangements, and spa area. In our room, bedding was cosy and comfortable and good bathroom facilities. We had cocktails, and a delicious spread of hot and cold food in the executive lounge, which was really more like dinner than horsdoeuvres. Everyone happy to go the extra mile for us. I was very happy with my choice. Oh, there is yoga on the pool deck every morning at 7:00!

Luxury

The hotel staff were professional and friendly and the communal areas and room were luxurious and comfortable. The bedding was very soft and clean.
