Worst thing is getting to the hotel from the Delhi international terminal. Repetitive, unnecessary and officious security checks (at least five on the way through). AND you still need an Indian visa! Better value to get a cab and go to a Delhi hotel.

Reservation system does not seem to work

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Reservation system for starters
Booked had confirmation - arrive overbooked cannot accommodate - excuse was had to book explicitly for domestic or international. Never had the option, confirmation does not say that it was international.
