I had to wait a long time, to be checked in. Nearly 50 minutes from when i approached the staff to my room. Toilet was not flushing, fridge was not in working order.i needed to rest and didn't want to travel out of the airport, could have booked much cheaper better hotel out of airports premises.

Had a terrible experience at this property via Expedia. Landed from New York and had prebooked the hotel, it was nowhere mentioned only passengers with flights from T3 can reside in the hotel. Was not allowed to reside at the property and never got the refund back after multiple back and forth emails both with Expedia and the hotel. Won’t recommend as it was difficult as an international traveller without an Indian phone number to book a new hotel after a late night flight landing in Delhi.
