I liked the doormen and women. They were excellent. Also the front of house were mostly lovely, as was our room cleaner. The disappointing things were the restaurant - hopeless at organising breakfast. They did not cope. Also they shut the bar and most of the restaurant on our last night for private functions. The decor was dated and the lift swipe key nearly impossible to work.

Our hotel room was lovely, with a beautiful outlook over a park, well away from the organised chaos of Delhi traffic. The hotel is located in a shopping mall, but has its own clearly marked entrance and reception area. Can access food hall and ATM in mall without going outside. One small problem was that the 'Police Approved' taxi driver we hired at the airport did not know the exact location of the hotel. Fortunately my partner has his phone with access to GPS.

As i approached the staff asked for my wife ID. As i was ready to authorized her but they simply refused us to provide the room. As i didn't have any other room reservation I was on road for the whole day with my wife till I get the return ticket in evening. Bad experience
